Quinoa coconut- cacao snack bar

Makes approximately 12 slices

1/2c (125ml) coconut oil
2tbsp coconut butter
1/2c (50g) raw cacao powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
pinch of salt
1 cup puffed quinoa cereal
1/4c cranberries
1/4c shelled pistachios
1. Gently melt the coconut oil and butter in a saucepan. Sift and stir in cacao powder and blend in maple syrup, salt, cranberries and pistachios.
2. Grease and line a 20cmx10cmx7cm deep pan. Pour mixture into pan and chill in fridge overnight. Cut into snack size bites.
